Ah, yes. The family only comes calling when they need something. How many times did have to go to my mom’s house only to restart her computer? Ugggh. Your strip today taps into the inner lives for a lot of us, friend.
I think our generation gets to be the “family techie”, whether or not we want to.
I installed Teamviewer on ALL machines I set up lately – for my wive, my daughter, my mother, my mother-in-law, my sons best friend, my vet etc. ad inf.
If they run into trouble I hop on their machine and fix it or show, what to do. Helps with 95% of all requests. Wonder, how I ever lived without it.
