Slacking off at work is unethical. You are being paid to do a job. You should wait until you are off the clock to start playing.
Or, own your own business like I do. There is no clock, and you can slack off when you feel like it.

I always put the browser about half-screen and everything else I use in full screen. That way, when the boss pass by, a simple Alt+Tab saves me.

Oh my job is great for slacking off. I work at a Cinema, and we occasionally show movies on DVD in the Cafe. One time the DVD player was broken, and I (being the enthusiastic employee) said I’d bring my PS3 in as it has a DVD upscale feature. Most of the free time that day was spent with a Cinema-wide Wipeout tournament on the 50″ 1080p HD TV. Good times.
