pcw_spanish_web

(Click to read in all Spanish-translated goodness.)

Hearing my call for translators a few blog posts back, reader Ernesto volunteered to tackle the Spanish translation for a PC Weenies cartoon. I’m curious to know if there is interest in having the PCW in other languages. Please give me some feedback. Would readers enjoy seeing a Spanish version of PCW?

More Webcomics Weekend wrap-up…

Tuesday, March 24th, 2009

A few more photos from Webcomics Weekend. Below is a photo of me and my roommate, cartoonist Joel Watson (Hijinks Ensue). It was very cool hanging out with Joel. I only wish I’d asked him for a HE sketch (d’oh!).

And finally we have a group of friends who let me tag along for a fun Saturday evening in North Hampton. The gentleman in the driver’s seat is Kaiki (Eric). He and Sam (pictured standing too) really helped me out during the weekend. They picked me up from the airport, took me back to my hotel room, and dropped me off at the airport. I was really blown away by their generosity, help, and friendship.

Webcomics Imitating Art!

Friday, December 4th, 2009

Bob in 'da Buff

The Dallas Art News recently invited several webcartoonists to participate in an online “Webcomics Imitating Art” event. Several cartoonists were prominently featured, with their characters spoofing famous contemporary works of art. I have it on certain authority that a rather rotund and yellow guy we all know and love made his ‘au natural’ debut as well.

A few of cartoonist buddies of mine, including Samantha Wikan, Nate Bramble, Antoine Gagnon, Ken Drab and Byron Williams were also featured.

Do check it out!
